Online Registration

Important -
Step 1.  Complete the registration form below.  Only two registrations are allowed per form.  You may send the form automatically if your computer allows by clicking on the Submit by Email Button.  If your computer does not allow you to email automatically first save it to your computer.  Then attach it to an email and send it to Mary Beth Alpers at alpersm@missouri.edu or you may fax it to 816-279-3982.  

Step 2.  Then below in the Registration area below, enter the name(s) that are listed on the registration form and click on Pay Now.  You will be directed to a secure PayPal site for the University of Missouri Extension where you will enter the total amount due in the Item Price and your payment information.  A confirmation email will come from Mary Beth Alpers once the registration and payment information have been verified.  Registration is not complete until you have received this confirmation.
